আমরা Bogra Shop -এ সব জেনুইন পণ্য অফার করছি। অনেক পণ্য ব্র্যান্ড ওয়ারেন্টি সহ আসে এবং কিছু আসে না। কোনো নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের জন্য কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি থাকলে, সেটি ওয়েবসাইটে বা চালানে স্পষ্টভাবে লিখতে হবে অথবা বিভিন্ন সময়ের জন্য আলাদা ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড থাকতে পারে।
অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে একটি প্রতিস্থাপন ওয়্যারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র একটি নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের জন্য একবার উপলব্ধ হবে। প্রতিস্থাপন ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র একবারে বৈধ। আমরা এটি একাধিকবার প্রতিস্থাপন করতে অক্ষম।

Replacement Warranty Guidelines
We offer all genuine products at Bogra Shop. Many products come with a brand warranty, while some do not. If there is any warranty for a specific product, it will be clearly written on the website or invoice, or there may be a separate warranty card for different periods.
Please note that a replacement warranty will only be available once for a specific product. The replacement warranty is valid for one time only. We are unable to replace it multiple times.
If circumstances arise where we do not have sufficient products available for quick replacement, it may take a bit longer to receive the replacement product. If we cannot source the product and there is no opportunity to obtain it in the near future, we may offer a service warranty instead.
